3. Delivered Work & Client IP Rights
Upon full receipt of payment for an order, Society of Scholar Writers assigns the intellectual property rights in the completed, bespoke work to the client. The client receives a licence to use that work for personal reference and study purposes, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
This assignment of rights does not extend to:
- Sample or example work published on our website — this remains our exclusive property
- Template documents, style guides, or framework materials used in production
- Any third-party sources or quotations incorporated within the work, which remain the property of their respective owners
Clients must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish any delivered work to third parties, academic paper mills, content farms, or online repositories.
