General

We produce academic model answers, editorial guidance, and structured research support. Our work is provided as reference material — intended to inform your own understanding and development. We encourage all clients to use our outputs as study aids and learning scaffolds, not as work to be submitted in their own name.

We cover undergraduate (Levels 4–6), postgraduate / Masters (Level 7), and doctoral / PhD (Level 8) academic levels. We also support professionals undertaking CPD programmes or vocational qualifications that require formal written submissions.

We cover over 200 subject areas spanning arts, humanities, social sciences, law, business, economics, STEM disciplines, healthcare, education, and more. If your subject is not listed on our services pages, contact us and we will confirm whether a suitable specialist is available.

Providing academic support services is legal in the United Kingdom and many other jurisdictions. We operate transparently and describe our services clearly as academic support and model answer provision. We strongly advise all clients to use our work as a study tool and reference resource — and to always comply with their institution's academic integrity policies when submitting work for assessment.

Complete the quote request form on our Pricing page or the contact form on our Contact page. Provide as much detail as possible about your project. We will respond within one business day with a quote and confirmation of specialist availability.

Turnaround

We offer three delivery tiers: Standard (7–14 days), Express (3–6 days), and Urgent (under 72 hours, subject to specialist availability and document length). Urgent timelines attract a premium. Contact us before submitting an urgent request to confirm availability.

Our fastest turnaround is under 24 hours for shorter documents (under 1,500 words) where a suitable specialist is immediately available. This is subject to confirmation and attracts our highest premium rate. Contact us directly with your deadline and we will advise on feasibility.

We only confirm orders where we are confident the deadline can be met. If unforeseen circumstances arise that may affect the timeline, we will contact you immediately and discuss options. We do not simply miss deadlines without communication.

Yes. Dissertation chapters — particularly literature reviews, methodology chapters, and full dissertation models — typically require the full standard window of 10–14 days per chapter. Doctoral-level work may require 14–21 days per chapter. We will confirm the timeline when reviewing your brief.

Quality

Every order passes through two quality layers: first, it is developed by a verified subject specialist; then, it is reviewed by our in-house editorial team before delivery. The editorial review checks structural coherence, academic register, referencing accuracy, and full compliance with the brief.

If work does not meet the requirements set out in your original brief, we will revise it at no additional charge. The revision window is 14 days from delivery (21 days for doctoral work). Submit your revision request with specific reference to the brief requirements that have not been met and we will respond promptly.

Yes. All specialists in our network have provided verifiable evidence of their academic credentials. We do not accept unverified applications. PhD-level work is handled exclusively by PhD-qualified specialists with research and publication experience in the relevant field.

No. All work is produced by qualified human specialists. We do not use AI generation tools as a substitute for specialist expertise. Our value is in real academic knowledge, disciplinary understanding, and scholarly writing skill — not automated text generation.

Confidentiality

Yes. Your identity, contact details, and all project information are kept strictly confidential. We do not share client details with any third party, publish client names, or reference client projects in any public-facing material.

Never. All work is produced specifically for your brief and is not resold, repurposed, or shared with any other client. Once delivered, your work belongs to you — we retain no right to redistribute it.

Yes. All specialists engaged by Society of Scholar Writers sign confidentiality agreements that prohibit disclosure of client identity, project details, and any associated information. This applies to all levels of specialist engagement.

Referencing

We support all major citation styles, including Harvard (author-date), APA (6th and 7th editions), MLA (8th and 9th editions), Chicago (Author-Date and Notes-Bibliography), OSCOLA, Vancouver, and IEEE. Specify your required style in the brief and it will be applied consistently throughout the document.

Yes. If your institution uses a modified version of a standard citation style, provide the institutional referencing guide in your brief and our specialist will apply it accordingly.

Yes. All sources cited in our work are real, academically credible references — published journal articles, books, institutional reports, and primary sources as appropriate. We do not fabricate references or use fictitious citations.

Process

Use the quote request form on our Pricing page or the contact form on our Contact page. Include your service type, subject area, academic level, word count, deadline, referencing style, and any specific requirements. We will respond within one business day.

Contact us immediately if your requirements change. Changes before work begins are usually accommodated without additional charge. Changes after work is underway are assessed for scope and timeline impact before proceeding.

All client communication is managed through your dedicated project handler, who liaises with the specialist on your behalf. This ensures consistent, accountable communication. If the specialist needs clarification from you during the project, it will be relayed through your project handler.

Work is delivered in Microsoft Word format (.docx) by default. PDF delivery is available on request. Specify your preferred format when submitting your brief.

Pricing & Payment

Quotes are calculated individually based on five key factors: deadline, academic level, word count, service type, and subject complexity. We do not publish fixed price tables because the combination of these variables produces different prices for every project. Submit your brief and we will provide a clear, itemised quote within one business day.

No. The price quoted before work begins is the price you pay. Revisions within the revision window are included. If additional work is required beyond the original scope — such as a new section or a new document — this is quoted separately before proceeding.

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers. Payment details are provided with your quote confirmation. We require payment confirmation before work begins on your project.

We offer revisions — not refunds — as our primary remedy for work that does not comply with the original brief. In exceptional circumstances where a project cannot be completed as agreed and we are at fault, we will discuss an appropriate resolution. Our full refund and revision policy is set out in our Terms and Conditions.
