Our Process

How It Works

A transparent, step-by-step account of how we take your brief from initial submission to final delivery — and what happens at each stage.

The complete process

Every order follows this structured workflow. No step is skipped, regardless of turnaround time.

  1. 1

    Submit your brief

Use our contact form or quote request form to provide the details of your project — service type, subject, academic level, word count, deadline, citation style, and any specific requirements such as marking criteria or reading lists. The more detail you provide at this stage, the more accurate the resulting work will be.

  2. 2

    Scope review and clarification

We review your brief and confirm scope, timeline, and pricing within one business day. If your brief contains ambiguities or requires clarification — for example, if the essay question is broad or the marking criteria has specific emphases — we will contact you before assigning the project to a specialist.

  3. 3

    Specialist matching

Once scope is confirmed, we match your project to a verified subject specialist with direct academic credentials in the relevant discipline. This is not an automated matching process — we manually review each project and assign it to the most appropriate specialist based on subject area, academic level, and output type.

  4. 4

    Writing and development

The assigned specialist develops your work according to the brief — conducting appropriate research, building the argument or structure, integrating sources, and applying the correct academic register for the specified level. You may be contacted during this stage if a clarification is needed.

  5. 5

    In-house editorial review

Before delivery, all work passes through our in-house editorial team. This layer checks: structural coherence and argument flow, academic register and vocabulary, referencing accuracy and completeness, compliance with all requirements in the brief, and overall readability and quality at the specified academic level.

  6. 6

    Delivery

The completed work is delivered to you securely by the agreed deadline. You receive the document in your preferred format (typically Word or PDF). Delivery is accompanied by a brief note from the specialist or editorial team where relevant.

  7. 7

    Revision window

If the delivered work does not meet the requirements set out in your original brief, submit a revision request within 14 days of delivery (21 days for doctoral-level work). We will review the request, confirm the compliance issue, and revise the work promptly at no additional charge. Revision requests must be based on the original brief — not changes to the requirements after delivery.

How we maintain consistent quality

Credential verification

Every specialist in our network has provided verifiable evidence of their academic credentials. We do not accept self-reported qualifications without supporting documentation.

Brief compliance check

The editorial review stage specifically checks the delivered work against the original brief — word count, structure, referencing, and academic level — before the file is released for delivery.

Guaranteed revision window

The revision window is not a goodwill offer — it is a contractual part of every order. If work does not comply with the original brief, we fix it.

How we communicate during your order

All communication is handled directly by email — no call centres, no chatbots, no automated holding responses. When you contact us, you are heard by a person who can take action.

During active orders, you can contact your project handler directly by email. We respond to all enquiries within one business day. If a decision about your project requires your input, we will contact you promptly and wait for your response before proceeding.

After delivery, we remain available to discuss the work, answer questions about editorial decisions, or process revision requests. We do not consider an order closed until the revision window has passed and you are satisfied.

What happens after the revision window?

After the revision window closes, the order is considered complete. If you require additional work — for example, a new section, an extension of the existing document, or a new essay on the same topic — this is treated as a new order and quoted accordingly. We are happy to continue working with returning clients and apply the same standards to every subsequent project.

Process FAQs

From brief submission to delivery, timelines range from under 72 hours (urgent) to 14 days (standard). Most clients using standard delivery receive their work within 7–10 days. Dissertation chapters and longer documents typically require the full standard window.

All client communication is handled through your dedicated project handler — a member of our team who manages the relationship and liaises with the specialist on your behalf. This ensures clear accountability and a consistent point of contact throughout your order.

Contact us as soon as possible. If work has not yet begun, changes to the brief can usually be accommodated without additional charge. If work is already underway, we will assess the scope of the change and advise on any timeline or pricing implications before proceeding.

Yes. Client identity and all project details are kept strictly confidential at every stage — brief handling, specialist assignment, editorial review, and delivery. No work is shared, resold, or published. Our specialists sign confidentiality agreements as part of their engagement with us.
