Transparent Pricing

How Our Pricing Works

We do not publish fixed price tables because every project is different. Instead, we explain the factors that shape a quote β€” then ask you to submit your brief so we can provide an accurate, personalised figure.

Five factors that shape every quote

Because each project has a unique combination of requirements, we calculate quotes individually. The factors below are the primary variables we consider when assessing your brief.

Deadline

The most significant pricing variable. Standard timelines allow for thorough research and editorial review. Urgent or express requests attract a premium that reflects the priority scheduling required.

Academic level

Undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral work require different levels of specialist expertise, analytical depth, and research engagement β€” and are priced accordingly.

Word count

Longer documents require proportionally more time for research, writing, and editorial review. Word count is the base unit of our pricing structure.

Service type

Editing and proofreading are priced differently from original writing. Research consultancy and PhD-level support reflect the specialist credentials required.

Subject complexity

Highly specialist subjects β€” technical STEM fields, advanced legal analysis, clinical healthcare β€” require narrower expertise and may be priced at a premium relative to generalist subjects.

How we calculate your quote

  • You submit your brief with all key details
  • We review scope, deadline, and specialist availability
  • A personalised quote is issued within one business day
  • No obligation to proceed after receiving the quote
  • Revision is included in all quoted prices
  • No hidden charges added at delivery

Revision policy

If delivered work does not meet the requirements clearly set out in your original brief, we revise it at no additional charge. The revision window is 14 days from delivery (21 days for PhD-level work). We do not charge for revisions that address genuine brief compliance issues.

Three delivery tiers

All tiers include the same specialist assignment and editorial review β€” only the scheduling priority differs.

Pricing by academic level

Each level reflects the depth of expertise and analytical rigour required β€” not just the complexity of the writing.

Level 8

Doctoral / PhD

Original theoretical contribution and doctoral-standard academic writing. Handled exclusively by PhD-qualified specialists with publication experience in the relevant discipline.
